Among the areas of real estate practice are leases of commercial and agricultural real estate, tax-free exchanges, sales and acquisitions, title issues, land use and zoning, boundary-line disputes and landlord-tenant issues. Harris, Sanford & Hamman offer years of experience in dealing with these matters, whether they involve structuring a deal correctly or litigating a situation that cannot be resolved amicably. The firm’s newest principal, Brian Hamman, a life-long resident of the Sacramento Valley, has a strong background in real estate sales, which he brings to the firm. Although we pride ourselves on finding successful ways to limit our clients’ exposure to litigation, the firm is fully prepared to litigate issues that affect its clients’ lawful use of their property, whether it involves a dispute over boundaries, improper flooding of adjoining property, or conflicting title claims. In addition, limiting its area of practice to residential landlords, the firm is prepared to promptly remove a reluctant tenant through expedited resort to summary unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings.
