Noah B. Herbold is a third generation Butte County resident. He graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, after which he worked in several supervisory capacities until deciding to pursue the practice of law. He attended Butte College, followed by California State University, Chico, at which he was the Vice-President of the Pre-Law Society, Director of the Housing Department at the Community Legal Information Center (CLIC) and a two-year participant in the Moot Court Competition, which he won in his second year. After receiving his bachelors degree in political science in 2000, Noah attended Whittier Law School in Southern California where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the school's magazine. He obtained his Juris Doctor of Law in 2003 at which time he moved back home to Butte County.
Having grown up in a farming family, Noah learned his good work ethics early on. He has also seen many of his friends and family have to suffer through the complexities of law and the courts regarding civil and estate matters, which is what interested him to practice Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law as a way to help others maneuver through the legal jungle. Noah has been with Harris Sanford & Hamman since 2004.
Noah is a past-president of the Gridley Rotary Club and currently sits as a board member. He is the vice-president of the Chico Connections chapter of LeTip and regularly volunteers to support local theater in Butte County. His daughter is currently enlisted in the Air Force. He and his wife, Jenney, and her two children, currently live in Chico, California.
